When can I expect the Giclée(s)?
It takes up to 6 days for the printer to process the digital image and send it to the artist. Quality control and repackaging/sending to the post office may take up to 1 or 2 working days depending how late the package arrives.
How long it takes to finally arrive at your address depends on the location. Within Belgium, this takes normally 1 to 2 days. Overseas, this may take up to 14 days. All orders are sent by registered mail. We let you know via e-mail when the package is underway to you.

I made a mistake in the shipping address
If you think you made a mistake in your shipping address, Contact us within 5 days, before we send the package to you.
What to do if the goods are damaged or you are not happy with the result
Package hasn’t arrived
Contact us if the Giclée hasn’t arrived within 20 days so that we can make inquiries. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages unless we made a mistake in the address. We keep a picture of every package before shipping as proof. Therefore, if you made a mistake and did not warn us within 5 days of the purchase, we cannot not refund you.
