Sketch

These were the first sketches or dummies in cardboard for the Wooden Dimensions project.
Cardboard gives quite an accurate idea of what is possible with wood.

For the hinge-joints of the "doors" Rudolf used pieces of old oil paint tubes, which form and bend easily.

The cardboard was coloured with oil paint and to simulate iron bars, he used ear cleaning sticks, bend and glued together.
